1. Free Scraping Guarantee
Scraping stores is completely free. Quotas are only consumed when you download scraped store CSV files. If a scan returns 0 items or fails due to connection timeouts or blockages, no store download quota is consumed.
2. Monthly Plan Refund Conditions
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle begins and store downloads are utilized. However, if you purchase a subscription tier and wish to request a refund, you must do so within 7 days of the transaction, provided that you have downloaded fewer than 2 store CSVs of your monthly allocation.
3. Store Quota & Account Closures
Monthly store download quotas hold no monetary cash value and cannot be redeemed for physical currency. If you close your account, any remaining store downloads in your monthly quota are retired and cannot be transferred or returned.
