1. Subscription Plans & Pricing
E-Woo Scraper offers flexible monthly subscription tiers to fit your database catalog extraction needs. The subscription tiers are charged in US Dollars (USD):
- Free Preview Plan: $0/month. Includes 3 store CSV downloads per month (100 products cap per scrape).
- Basic Plan: $10/month. Includes 10 store CSV downloads per month (2,000 products cap per scrape).
- Pro Plan: $20/month. Includes 25 store CSV downloads per month (unlimited products per scrape).
2. Store Quota & Download Limits
Scraping stores is completely free of charge. Monthly store download quotas apply when downloading scraped catalog CSVs. Downloading a newly scraped store CSV counts as 1 store download against your monthly quota. Re-downloading the same store CSV within your account history is always free. Store quotas reset automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
3. Secure Credit Card Processing
All online payments are securely processed through our integrated payment processor (Stripe). We use industry-standard encryption protocols during transit. Credit card records are never stored locally on our system database logs, ensuring full compliance with digital transaction security standards.
4. Cancellation & Recurring Billing
You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your profile settings dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
